Official Contest Rules

  1. To be eligible to enter a Contest, an individual must be:
    1. A registered band member of Saugeen Ojibway Nation (either Saugeen First Nation, or Chippewas of Nawash First Nation)
    2. Prizes can only be redeemed by a parent or guardian for contestants under the age of 16.

 

Employees of the Environment Office | Saugeen Ojibway Nation (EO) and current Joint Council Councillors and Chiefs (JC) (Saugeen First Nation Councillors and Chief, and Chippewas of Nawahs Councillors and Chief) are not permitted to take part in the Contest.

 

The EO has the right, at any time, to ask entrants to confirm their identity and eligibility in entering the Contest. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the EO  for the purpose of the Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The EO reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

 

  1. Contest Period 

The contest opens on November 26, 2021 and closes on December 16, 2021 at 11:59 pm. Winners will be drawn on December 17, 2021. 

 

Arrangements will be made to deliver the prize to the winners by office staff.

 

  1. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, eligible individuals must fill out, and complete the Medical Isotopes Fact Finding Survey. 

  1. Limit one (1) entry per person. 
  2. Only correctly answered surveys will be entered into Grand Prize, and Second Prize draws.
  3. All submitted surveys will be entered into the runner up prizes.
  4. Winning names will be removed from the pool after being drawn.

 

  1. Prize Description
    1. Grand Prize is a gift card to Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls. 

Approximate retail value of $1,500.00.

  1.  Second Prize is a gift card to Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood.

Approximate retail value of $1,000.00

  1. Runner up prizes are branded medical isotope and EO promotional items.

Approximate retail value of $20.00 each


 

  1. Winner Selection

One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) Second Prize winner will be randomly drawn from correctly answered survey submissions. 

 

Runner up prizes will be randomly drawn from all submissions.

 

  1. Redeeming Gift Cards

The value of the gift card can only be used at the location of issue (Great Wolf Lodge / Blue Mountain Resort). Security and/or Damage deposits ARE NOT included in the gift card, or covered by the EO, or SON. 

 

A valid credit card will be required to book rooms at the resorts as a security of damage deposits.

 

Reservations and bookings are the responsibility of the winner. The EO and SON are not responsible for any bookings or reservations made.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

SON and/or the EO is not responsible for any injuries or damage that may be incurred in redeeming the gift card, or while at the resort.

 

  1. Privacy / Use of Information

Contestant information will not shared or used for any purpose other than the draw on December 17

 

  1. Termination 

EO reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate any Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend a Contest, and/or the Contest Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
